  I Lost my card and this was the last place i used it. I called and told the person my problem and asked if they had a card turned in, she never answered me, just put the phone on the counter and walked away I sat there on the phone for 20 minutes. I then hung up and tried to call back for 2 hours! The phone line was busy, I called and it rang finally, and I asked the person on the phone if this Is protocal to ignore someone who needs information, and then leave the phone off the hook for 2 hours? her reply "it wasn't me so?" Long story short she still didn't answer my question about a lost card, never an apology never asked anyone there if they had a card turned in. and hung up again. I am not asking for much just maybe a little courtesy and kindness or maybe some professionalism. I know its way to much to ask for how dare I want some respect as a customer.
